OK! I played myself with the Master Cleanse! Bad idea! I've gained back the weight and what's worse my life got so hectic I think i put on more weight. So, I've made some changes. I've given up partying during the week and have reduced it to just the weekend and I've also decided to workout everyday, at least mon - friday instead of just three days a week. I've already stared to work out and have been diligent about keeping to my days. Still need to work on the eating thing, but i'm pretty proud of myself for working out like i said i would. I hope i see a little weight lose soon. I'm giving myself at least a month to see some change. BTW, i'll never salck off on my blog again!!!! today I'm going to the gym and i'm hitting the treadmill and bike for 40 mins then i'm going to lift weights. That's going to be my routine for a month!! Then I'll see what happens!!
