OK! I know this blog just started, but i would greatly appreciate any tips when it comes to changing your diet when your in a funk!! I've so far ordered the Clean Eating Cook Book from Oxygen Magazine! I'll tell you how the recipe's go!!

I eat oatmeal in the morning. I eat a fruit or vegetable around 9:00. I eat a slice of whole grain bread with a slice of turkey. I drink some water with it. Then when I go home...it is downhill from there. However, I workout afterwards. But the problem is, I eat then sleep immediately afterwards. Then I workout. NOT GOOD! LOL. Something's gotta give. LOL
